Absorbing up to 10 times its weight in water, coco coir fiber is an excellent soilless growing medium for seed starting or hydroponic gardening. Coco coir is 100% natural and is a sustainable alternative to peat moss. Once rehydrated this brick will expand to at least 8 quarts.
