Essex Mixture #2 grass seed has been a favorite of landscapers and home owners for over 50 years. A fast germinating blend that is formulated to do well in a variety of conditions.  Suitable for seeding new lawns or overseeding existing lawns.  Plant Essex #2 in areas of Sun and Shade that get at least 4-6 hours of sun a day.  Available in 3 lb, 7 lb, 25 lb or 50 lb bags.
