Hart's Sorrel

Sorrel is an annual that reaches about a foot tall and has leaves that have a sour lemony taste. Once established, this is one of the first plants to appear in the spring. Plants should be started inside and planted in rich, well-prepared soil. These should not be allowed to go to seed or they will exhaust themselves.
