Copper-Bonded Steel Ground Rod - 5/8 in X 8 ft

Made with a unique manufacturing process of drawing the rod out to length before bonding with copper, resulting in a straighter, harder steel core to make installation easier.  The copper coating will not crack when bent or tear when driven. 

• Tensile Strength Greater than 80,000 PSI on 1/2 & 90,000 PSI 0n 5/8" & 3/4"
• Minimum copper coating of 10 mils on rods listed to UL 467
• Rods have a high carbon steel core and tip that provide superior strength when driving
• One pointed end
• 99.9 percent pure electrolytic copper coating
• Molecular bond to nickel-sealed high strength steel core
