Hart's Lavender

This perennial is an herb that can reach between one and three feet. This is used as an ornamental or as a border for gardens and beds. While this is edible, it is most commonly used for scenting purposes. To be saved and dried for future use, cut the stems before the flowers fully open on a dry day.
