Hart's Mustard Braising Mix

This mix combines different mustard green varieties and arugula. This can be harvested when young and used as a microgreen or can be harvested later and used in salads. This can easily be harvested and transfered after sprouting. This matures in 40-50 days and should be planted as soon as the ground can be worked.
