Beet pulp is the fibrous material that is left over after the sugar is extracted from the sugar beet. The beet shreds that are left over has a small amount of molasses added after the drying process, providing a highly digestible fiber, with relatively low crude protein content. Beet pulp is great for hard keepers or horses that need to gain weight. It is recommended to always soak beat pulp.
