Hart's Detroit Golden Beet

This varietal has deep orange roots with a rich golden flesh that is accented by rings of pale yellow throughout. Roots are tender and sweet, with a more mild flavor than deep red beets. The tops of these can be harvested starting at day 15 and can be used as micro-greens. The roots mature in 55 days.
