Hart's Little Finger Carrot

This type of carrot is extremely sweet and small, making it the perfect carrot to eat whole, fresh, or cooked. These develop cylindrically with very little core. Little Fingers mature in 65 days are are 3-4 inches long and about 3/4 of an inch in diameter.
