Hart's Special Mix Lettuce

This mix of lettuces is designed to be picked young, at about three-to-four weeks old. This mix contains: 20% Black Seeded Simpson, 20% Green Salad Bowl, 20% Oakleaf, 20% Red Salad Bowl, and 20% Romaine. If seperated after sprouting and transplanted, these can grow to maturity in 40-50 days.
