Hart's Organic Provence Style Mesclun

This salad mix can begun to be harvested at 30 days old. Made popular in southern France, this mix has tender, colorful greens, arugula, and endives. This mixture also preforms well as micro-greens. The mix is comprised of: 25% Valerie bi-color, 25% red leaf, 25% green leaf, 10% arugula, and 15% bi-color endive.
