Hart's Watermelon Radish

This is a unique radish that has become quite popular. This plant was derrived from the Chinese radish, the diakon radish, but has a twist. The interior flesh of this radish looks like watermelon flesh, while it has a pale white ring around the outside. The outside of this radish is slightly spicy while the interior is sweeter.
