Hart's Lucullus Swiss Chard

This swiss chard is just as easy to grow as beets and can replace spinach in the hot summer months. The midribs can be used as an asparagus substitute while the leaves are usually cooked like spinach. If cut one inch above the ground, these plants will continue producing until the first frost.
