Elevate Maintenence Powder provides horses with a highly bioavailable source of natural vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopheryl acetate). Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that helps to maintain healthy muscle and nerve function and supports a strong immune system.
Vitamin E is considered an essential nutrient for horses because it cannot be synthesized naturally in their bodies. The potency of Vitamin E in hay and grasses declines quickly once they are harvested and dried, so horses that do not have access to continual grazing and rely on dried forage are at a greater risk for deficiencies.
Elevate Maintenance Powder's single vitamin formula allows horse owners to adjust the dosing without worrying about changing other vitamin and mineral concentrations in the horse's feed.
